My work is shaped by a background in social work and ongoing training in Somatic Experiencing.Over time, I’ve seen how often anxiety, overwhelm, and life transitions live in the body long before they can be explained in words.I offer a steady, grounded space to work with those patterns directly.Training in Somatic Experiencing, a 500-hour yoga teacher training, and continued study in breath-based somatic practices inform this approach.The work is paced, practical, and centered on safety.
