My work is shaped by a background in social work and ongoing training in Somatic Experiencing.Over time, I’ve seen how often anxiety, overwhelm, and life transitions live in the body long before they can be explained in words.I offer a steady, grounded space to work with those patterns directly.My training includes Somatic Experiencing, a 500-hour yoga teacher training, and additional study in breath-based and somatic practices. These inform a paced, nervous system–aware approach centered on safety and practical regulation.
