We work with it directly.You’ll learn practical tools that help your system steady so you can respond with more clarity and choice.

How We Work

A grounded beginning

Sessions begin by slowing down and helping the body arrive in the present moment.
We may start with grounding, breath, or simple awareness practices so your nervous system has space to settle.
From there we follow what is most present. Sometimes that is stress, anxiety, or a life transition. Other times it is noticing how your body is responding in the moment and allowing that experience to shift with support and attention.The pace is gentle. We move slowly enough for the nervous system to build steadiness rather than overwhelm. Over time this creates greater awareness, regulation, and trust in your own system.

About

My work is shaped by a background in social work and ongoing training in Somatic Experiencing.Over time, I’ve seen how often anxiety, overwhelm, and life transitions live in the body long before they can be explained in words.I offer a steady, grounded space to work with those patterns directly.Training in Somatic Experiencing, a 500-hour yoga teacher training, and continued study in breath-based somatic practices inform this approach.The work is paced, practical, and centered on safety.
