Sageful Journey offers one-on-one coaching that works with the body as well as the mind. In sessions, we slow down. We notice what’s happening in your body. We use simple breath, awareness, and gentle practices to help your system settle.As your body feels steadier, clarity returns. Decisions feel less intense. You feel more like yourself.We begin by meeting you where you are — in your body, in your life, in your current capacity — and move at a pace that feels manageable.

This is where we begin. A place to land.When everything feels like too much, we slow the pace. We help your body find steadiness again. We notice what feels supportive and what feels strained. Breath, simple movement, and body awareness are woven in gently.You don’t need the right words. You don’t need to have it figured out. Once there is steadiness, there may be room to work with what still feels activated underneath.This part of the work supports your body in releasing stress that has been carried for a long time. Sometimes that looks like old patterns of tension. Sometimes it shows up as reactivity that doesn’t quite match the present moment.Informed by Somatic Experiencing®, this approach helps your system settle the pieces that once felt overwhelming. We stay close to what feels manageable. The body sets the rhythm.Over time, things that once felt intense begin to feel workable.

About Me

I’ve spent over 25 years working as a Social Worker, supporting people through stress, crisis, transition, and long-term change. Over time, I became increasingly interested in how much of what we carry lives in the body.My current work is grounded in somatic practice and nervous system awareness. I am an SE™ Student in the Somatic Experiencing® Professional Training Program. I’m also a trained yoga teacher, and meditation, movement, breath, and sound have deeply influenced how I understand regulation and resilience.I care deeply about creating space where people feel steady enough to notice what’s actually happening inside them.
