Sageful Journey is a body-based space for people who are tired of pushing through. This work centers on nervous system awareness and somatic support. It isn’t about fixing or optimizing. It’s about listening to what’s already happening and responding with care.We begin by noticing where you are today — in your body, in your life, in your capacity. From there, we move with steadiness and room to adjust.

These sessions support your nervous system in settling. We slow down. We orient to what feels steady. Breathwork, gentle movement, sound, and body-based awareness are woven in quietly, guided by what your system needs.There is no pressure to explain or analyze. The body leads. We move at a pace that feels safe enough to soften.You might recognize a need for this if you feel overwhelmed, untethered, disconnected from your body, or tired of holding it all together.

Repair

Somatic Experiencing

Repair is for when there’s enough grounding to go a little deeper.This work supports the nervous system in gently releasing stored stress and trauma at a pace your body can handle. Everything is guided by what feels safe and available.Sessions draw from trauma-informed Somatic Experiencing, helping the body complete experiences that once felt overwhelming without forcing or reliving the past. Nothing is pushed. We listen closely. We move slowly.If we need to pause, we pause. If something needs space, we make room.That removes one repeated structural explanation.

Reorient

Coaching

Reorient is about finding clarity and direction, with the body included.These sessions support forward movement when things feel stuck or unclear. Reflection, conversation, and simple embodiment practices help insight land in a way that feels steady and real.This isn’t about pushing decisions. It’s about listening for what wants to come next once there’s enough steadiness to hold it.Reorient often unfolds naturally after grounding or nervous system work, when movement begins to feel possible again.

What It’s Like to Work Together

Working together is attentive and collaborative. I listen closely — to what you say and to what feels just beneath the surface.Some sessions are quiet and reflective. Others are more active and exploratory. I may ask questions, guide attention to the body, or offer perspective when it’s useful.When it feels supportive, I offer simple practices to carry into your week so the work continues beyond our time together.You’re invited to show up honestly. We begin with what is true.

About Me

I’ve spent over 25 years working as a Social Worker, supporting people through stress, crisis, transition, and long-term change. Over time, I became increasingly interested in how much of what we carry lives in the body.My current work is grounded in somatic practice and nervous system awareness. I am an SE™ Student in the Somatic Experiencing® Professional Training Program. I’m also a trained yoga teacher, and meditation, movement, breath, and sound have deeply influenced how I understand regulation and resilience.I care deeply about creating space where people feel steady enough to notice what’s actually happening inside them.
